Meet the team

Michael Reeder
CPA, Managing Shareholder
Michael is the managing shareholder of the firm and is the lead advisor for clients in the business buying process. He is well-versed in all things accounting, tax/tax planning, entity structure, funding, financial projections, resale financial statement due diligence, franchise disclosure document items 5, 6, 7, 19, 21 as it pertains to buying a business, and small business ownership. Michael also helps business clients prepare for their exit and mitigate capital gains tax upon the sale of their business.

Barry Swartz
CPA
For more than five decades, Barry has been the type of adviser that clients trust when it comes to making sound tax and financial decisions. Having effectively dealt with multiple types of tax controversies on behalf of his clients, Barry continues to provide strong representation in front of the IRS and state taxing authorities.

Mimi Reeder
Chief Operating Officer
Mimi joined SRA in 2013 as a staff accountant. Since that time, Mimi’s role at the firm has increased significantly, first as a payroll specialist, then as assistant manager and now as Chief Operating Officer and Partner.
